This agreement sets forth the legally binding terms and conditions for the use of the Serena Blake application. By accessing or using our application, you agree to these terms in their entirety.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, registering, or using Serena Blake, you confirm that:

  • You have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms.
  • You are over 18 years old or the legal age to use dating services in your jurisdiction.
  • You have the legal capacity to accept these terms and form a binding agreement.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our application.

2. Registration and Accounts

2.1 Registration Requirements

To use Serena Blake, you must:

  • Create an account with accurate and complete information.
  • Keep your profile information updated.
  • Protect the security of your account and password.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2.2 Verification

We may, but are not obligated to, verify the identity of users. We assume no responsibility for the identity of any user you interact with.

3. Acceptable Use

3.1 General Guidelines

You agree to use the application responsibly and respectfully. You are not permitted to:

  • Harass, intimidate, threaten, or cause distress to other users.
  • Post, share, or transmit content that is illegal, offensive, discriminatory, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or pornographic.
  • Impersonate other people or create fake profiles.
  • Use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes, such as advertising, solicitations, or sales.
  • Attempt to extract user data through scraping, data mining, or other automated techniques.
  • Interfere with the security or operation of the application or its servers.
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or any malicious code.
  • Use the platform for illegal activities.

3.2 User Content

By posting content on Serena Blake:

  • You warrant that you have the necessary rights to such content.
  • You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content.
  • You understand that other users may view your profile and interact with you according to your privacy settings.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Premium Services

We offer premium subscriptions with additional features. By purchasing a subscription:

  • You agree to pay the applicable fees according to the selected plan.
  • You understand that subscriptions automatically renew until you decide to cancel them.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the corresponding app store.

4.2 Refunds

Purchases and subscriptions are subject to the refund policy of the app store (Google Play or App Store) through which you made the purchase.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and software on the application, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of Serena Blake or our content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not use, copy, reproduce, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, display, or sell any part of our content or services without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

You use Serena Blake at your own risk. The application is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law:

  • We do not guarantee that the application will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
  • We are not responsible for the interactions you have with other users.
  • We do not verify the authenticity of user profiles or the accuracy of the information provided.
  • We assume no liability for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the application.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Serena Blake and its directors, employees, and agents from any claim, liability, damage, loss, and expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the application.
  • Your violation of these terms.
  • Your infringement of third-party rights.
  • Your conduct in connection with the application or other users.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the application at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these terms.
  • Conduct we deem harmful to other users.
  • Fraudulent or illegal use of our services.
  • Requests from other users or legal authorities.

You can also terminate your relationship with us at any time by deleting your account.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the application or website. Your continued use of the application after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute related to these terms or the use of the application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Madrid, Spain.
